A few days before I started my walk REPLAY had a wedding gig and during the evening, before we started playing our drummer let slip that noone thought I’d finish.

I looked around the table at my so called mates and they all nodded in agreement! John joked that they even had a ‘book’ running on when I would quit… at least I think he was joking.

Anyway, back today for our first rehearsal and those soppy so-and-so’s had prepared a little something for me… eating in their words now and I can tell you that humble pie tasted lovely!
